For an easy flavour, we use a store-bought syrup based on chestnut praline. This syrup can be purchased online or at many grocery stores. The brands Torani or Morin should please you. Scroll down if you want to make your own syrup.

Instructions
Steam your milk. Use a steam wand or stand-alone steamer to froth your milk until hot. Don't need a steamer?
Heat the milk on the stove in a saucepan and whisk it until it bubbles.
Prepare your coffee. Brew two cups of strong coffee or have two espressos
Pour the espresso into a latte glass. Add the steamed milk to the espresso and coat with the chestnut praline syrup. For an extra treat, sprinkle on some pralines (roasted almonds in sugar).
