A syrup is a pretty easy recipe to make at home and we recommend you try it if you want something tasty to complement your lattes, cakes, ice creams, cocktails and so forth!
Combine the water, sugar, chestnuts, and pralines in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Don't worry if the mixture starts to boil, just lower the heat slightly and wait for the sugar to completely dissolve
Once the sugar has completely dissolved, remove from the heat, and let cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Use a funnel to pour the praline chestnut syrup into a container. The syrup can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 1 week in an airtight container.
For your praline chestnut syrup recipe, we think it’s better for you to cut the chestnuts in small pieces to well spread the flavor in your syrup.
We hope this praline chestnut syrup recipe will bring a qualitative touch to your cocktail parties and events.
